1. The service

I've Seen helps people track movies and television, maintain lists, discover titles and share reviews or comments. It does not provide streaming access. Catalogue, release and provider information can be incomplete, delayed or unavailable.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 and legally able to accept these terms. Local law may require a higher age or parental consent. You are responsible for your account activity and password security. Provide accurate registration information and do not impersonate others.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of reviews, comments, lists and other content you create. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display that content only as needed to operate and promote the service according to the visibility you choose. This licence ends when content is deleted, except for reasonable backup periods and lawful retention.

4. Acceptable use

Do not post unlawful, infringing, hateful, threatening, harassing, sexually exploitative or deliberately deceptive content; expose personal information; evade blocks; manipulate ratings or engagement; probe or disrupt the service; automate access without permission; or post spoilers without the available warning controls.

5. Moderation, reports and appeals

Reviews and comments can be reported in the app. We may restrict or remove content and suspend accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance or enforcement of these terms. Where appropriate, you may ask us to review a moderation decision by contacting [email protected].

6. Catalogue and third parties

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Watch-provider data is provided by JustWatch through TMDB. Trailers use YouTube and are subject to YouTube's terms. Store and provider names, artwork and trademarks belong to their owners. Third-party availability and links may change.

7. Intellectual property

The I've Seen software, visual identity and original interface content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant permission to copy, resell or create derivative services from them. Rights in third-party catalogue assets remain with their owners.

8. Availability and changes

The service may change, experience interruption or be discontinued. We may add, alter or remove features to improve safety, reliability or usefulness. Material changes to these terms will be announced where required.

9. No warranty

The service is provided as-is and as available. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee that catalogue data, recommendations, provider availability or user content is accurate or suitable for a particular purpose.

10. Liability

Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights. Otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the previous 12 months.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security threats or legal requirements. Provisions that by nature should survive termination remain effective.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Mandatory consumer protections and courts available in your country of residence remain unaffected.

13. Contact
